Emily Nell Holmes

We have worked with Emily both as first time buyers and first time sellers, and she has been all around awesome to work with! She was so patient with us as first time buyers/sellers, really taking the time to explain the process in terms that we would understand and to answer our (many, many) questio...ns. She was extremely responsive via email, phone, and text, and helped us be as organized as possible and on top of all of the different items involved with the buying and selling process. She worked seamlessly with our agent and the rest of our team, helping shepherd the process from offer to closing. Thankfully we didn't hit too many road bumps but when issues did come up, she was able to give great advice and formulate effective responses.
