Ellen Sprovach

Ellen Sprovach, founding attorney, holds Board Certification in Employment and Labor Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization since 2004. For more than twenty years, she has concentrated her practice on representing employees in a variety of workplace disputes under both Texas and federal employment law. Ellen’s experience encompasses discrimination, harassment, retaliation, removal and suspension, performance-based actions, and FERS disability appeals. She provides comprehensive counsel and representation in administrative proceedings, litigation, arbitration, and appeals before bodies such as the EEOC, the MSPB, federal courts of appeal, and the United States Supreme Court. Ellen’s legal career includes leadership roles as Managing Attorney and Partner prior to founding her firm. She is known for her tenacious advocacy and dedication to securing justice for mistreated employees. Ellen’s accomplishments include editorial positions in law school and repeated recognition as a Texas Super Lawyer and Top Attorney. She maintains active membership in the Labor and Employment Section of the State Bar of Texas.
