Not at all knowledgeable and diligence Is out of the question. Wont return phone calls and Has stated that she wont get back with me until the week of my trial and that at the end of August. The last meeting I had with her was the first week in june. Hasnt done any research to my knowledge or offered... to let me hear audio they have on me. This doesnt seem to mirror any of my legal rights concerning representation. Sadly, I actually had a consultation with a good local lawyer because it was free of course,and he spent more time in that one meeting than my lawyer has the entire time she has been appointed to me. I pointed out to her some interesting and questionable facts about my case as far as how they got the evidenve for felony and she suggetsted I "GOOGLE" It.!? So,I wasnt surprised that her ad reads everything but criminal defense. How can they appoint me a lawyer not even quilified or interested? Again,It goes against my rights. Right?
