We handled 1st DUI and got it reduced to reckless. Hired for 2nd DUI. Prosecutor unwilling to negotiate at all. We got the BAC thrown out and went to trial in Bellevue. Facts were pretty bad but we ... prepared our client well for his testimony and brought the bar-tender in to testify.
