Elizabeth Meade Da Victoria Lobo

I just had my first phone conversation with Elizabeth Lobo today in regard to my federal and private student loans. She was pleasant to speak to and was patient as I summerized my experience with the lender who holds my loans. She was able to clearly explain the differences between the types of loan...s and ask the right questions that get to the heart of issues so we could figure out my best options now and looking ahead. Throughout our entire conversation she was positive, honest and optimistic about what can and can not be done. I'm scheduled to meet with her next week at the Manhattan Legal Services office in Harlem and I sense that our meeting will be a good one. One last note: it did take a week before she contacted me but know that as an advocate her calendar is heavy with appointments; just be patient if you decided to reach out to her.
