Elisa Cristina Advani

ELISA C. ADVANI is an associate who practices Workers’ Compensation law. Ms. Advani worked for a Social Security Disability law firm representing clients seeking benefits nationwide. In the Fall of 2016, Ms. Advani was accredited by the VA as an attorney to assist with claims for VA benefits.

Fluent in Spanish, Ms. Advani has worked as a freelance Spanish interpreter for the legal and medical fields, assisting with depositions, hearings, and medical examinations. During law school, she held numerous paralegal positions at civil litigation firms as well as the District Attorney’s Office and the Defender Association of Philadelphia.

Ms. Advani received her law degree from Widener University Delaware Law School in 2010. She received her undergraduate degree in political science and French from Villanova University in 2004. She is an active participant in the Philadelphia Volunteers for the Indigent Program and has volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southeastern PA. She is a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of PA, the Bucks County Bar Association, and the Philadelphia Bar Association. A frequent contributor to the Philadelphia Bar Reporter, she was appointed to its editorial board in 2014.
