I am an associate attorney at a boutique Los Angeles firm that provides comprehensive legal services to emerging growth companies and expanding small businesses. I focus my practice on litigation and contract law, though I've always had a penchant and passion for transactions involving intellectual property and green technology issues. I am adept at negotiating, structuring, and enforcing myriad contracts, agreements, and licensing transactions, and I have experience in issues involving internet law, such as cybersquatting, the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy and the nascent field of virtual property, as well as more traditional intellectual property issues including trademarks and unfair competition.

Outside of my profession I'm an avid sports fan. I love to play basketball, tennis and football, and I love to watch and talk about them just as much (the latter fits my current schedule much more conveniently than the former unfortunately). Fishing is another passion of mine. Born and raised in Los Angeles, the ocean has always been important to me, and my brother and I have been fishing together since I was a wee fisherboy. We regularly fish out of Santa Barbara, Oxnard, and San Diego depending on the time of year.
