Eleanor T. Chung

Eleanor T. Chung is a Health Care and Life Sciences litigation associate at Epstein Becker & Green, PC.  She supports clients as they navigate government inquiries and allegations of fraud and abuse.  She also specializes in artificial intelligence in health care and commercial and contract litigation in Maryland.

Prior to joining the firm, Eleanor clerked for the Hon. Andrea M. Leahy of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals. 

Eleanor is the Vice Chair of Maryland State Bar Association's Health Law Section.  She is an author of Pleading Causes of Action in Maryland (7th ed.) and has published in the American Journal of Bioethics, the Annals of Global Health, and the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy. She serves on the Francis King Carey School of Law Alumni Board, and formerly served on the Editorial Board of the Trial Reporter, the magazine of the Maryland Association for Justice.  She is an active member of the Cole-Davidson and James MacGill Inns of Court. 

She graduated from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she earned a certificate in Health Law and served as Managing Editor of the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy. She won her first appeal as a Rule 19 student attorney.

Prior to pracitcing law, she journeyed to South Korea on a Fulbright Scholarship and spent five years as a medical administrator.
