I am a low maintenance, retired attorney with many, many years of Family Law practice. I have been a civil servant my entire career and has never needed or desired to make the "big bucks" that other lawyers do. As an employee for the State of Vermont I was also an Administrator, Hearing Officer, Supervisor of Regions, Lobbyist, assisted in Policies, Procedures and Court/State Forms and much more. I also sat on many State and Court related committees and was a member of many different "teams" designed to streamline the newly created processes. This was very important at the time as the Family Court in Vermont was created from "scratch" and opened it's doors on October 10, 1990. I was one of the few chosen to enter at that time. I am honest and forthright, a no-nonsense lawyer who will not waste your time or money. So with that said, I will do my very best for you at an affordable price.
