North Carolina now has a computerized warrant system. They do not need to have a physical warrant in hand.

You need to hire a lawyer in the jurisdiction where you received the ticket. At that speed, it is a criminal offense and can revoke your license.

In NC grand jury proceedings are secret. There is no court reporter present, so no transcript would be available.
