My sister and I had hired Miss Deena Tvinnereim to represent us during a Civil Protection Order Defense. She was highly recommended. Our court hearing was set for one day after we first met with Deena. We presented our information to Deena and she had very little time to present our case to the court...s that same day. She told us that we may have to extend the hearing to a future date. The judge was able to review the information that Deena presented before our defensive hearing the next day. We showed up to court. Once we began, it was literally less than 1 minute that the judge said that the accusations should have never come to court in the first place. Deena was my attorney through my legal troubles which started as a misdemeanor then got upped to felony. She was ultimately able to get it back down to misdemeanor!
