A very non responsive lawyer, will quit in middle of case.

Deborah Earley was my appointed lawyer at Wayne Wright law firm in Austin, TX. She was hired to handle a simple personal injury and property damage case. Over a 3 year span I would never hear from her unless I called in for an update. It always seemed very interesting how just after I would call into... the office there would be some micro movement on my case. If it could be handled wrong she did it on my case. I tried contacting her for another update and was told she was on vacation, the very next week I was told she had quit her job and was no longer working there. I am still in the process of determining if I want to file against her and the Wayne Wright firm for what other lawyers have told me is a very clear case of legal malpractice.

I am sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with representation and the firm. I would be glad to discuss your specific concerns if you will contact me directly.

Extremely poor, unprofessional, unreliable attorney

I hired Ms. Earley as well at Wayne Wright to handle a my personal injury lawsuit against a DUI driver. She never once reached out to meet with me or even speak on the phone in person herself and instead had everything go through the case manager Laura who was just as inept as Ms. Earley. She complet...ely mishandled my case, ignored my calls for months and withdrew my letter of protection for medical treatment 4 months into my case. They were both eventually fired but my new counsel is no better and I am considering suing all for malpractice as well. My sincere recommendation is absolutely do not do business with this attorney or this firm.

I am disappointed to hear that you were dissatisfied with the firm and representation. Please note that both my assistant and I left employment with the firm at different times to pursue other job opportunities that were better for ourselves and our families. Due to your protected personal and case information, I can neither discuss your case details specifically, nor can I comment on the practices or policies of the firm at the time I worked there. I hope that your case was eventually resolved to your satisfaction.
