We went to DeAnne to update our trust,prepared by an other attorney. After review DeAnne explained we needed a rewrite. DeAnne handled our numerous questions on why a redo was indicated, in a very professional manner. DeAnne asked numerous questions to be certain our trust was what we wanted and inte...nded for our estate. We had an unfortunate business problem, that DeAnne handled in a most favorable fashion.

We had a very difficult escrow with immediate need for some probate work. I called 3 different attorneys in our area...all considered to be good at probate work. Within a few hours, I got a return call from DeAnne and she said she would look at the case. Shortly thereafter she said she could do it; c...alled the client; agreed upon a very reasonable up-front fee...and proceeded with the task. She kept me well informed; acted as if this was a priority for her; and accomplished the task and solved the problem within 10 days...and the escrow closed. Without DeAnne and her professional work, the escrow, most likely, would have not closed. DeAnne saved an escrow for us. She was very responsive, quick with the answers, and knew what she was talking about. Without reservation, I would call DeAnne again. In real estate, and in this case in particular, the Title Company would not move without getting an attorney involved on a Trust deal.......and we were in limbo.
