This was my second company that I called to try and save my home. I was almost ready to give up. I paid the other company over $4000 and in the end they told me the only thing I can do is pay $25,000 to save my home. I took a chance on this company and they got it done. I just received my final paper...work on my modification and I am happy and saved my home. Wish I would have found them first. I was a total of 34 months behind and they got it done so never say never their are good company's and great people working there. A special thanks to Jessica she was great to work with.
