Draft, interpret and negotiate various types of commercial contracts such as design, construction, fabrication and supply contracts for development of oil fields and commercial real estate; commercial leases (office space, berths in sea ports, infrastructure); transshipment agreements; confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements; real estate management agreements; franchise agreements; services agreements.

Represent clients in connection with secured lending and project finance. Draft and negotiate loan and security documentation, including pledges of assets, mortgages, security assignments, direct debit agreements.

I have extensive experience representing clients in cross-border transactions across a variety of industries and jurisdictions with a focus on Russian & the CIS region. I have been admitted to practice Russian law since 2004.
