This "attorney" is in the business if representing herself, not her client. She may understand family law, but does not execute it to the best interest of whom she is representing. Ms. LaGrone does not put her best foot forward to negotiate the best deal possible, if she negotiates at all. It's as... if she is working for the opposing side. She is ill prepared for trial, bills for redundant services, does not check her work for accuracy, and fails to execute in the direction her client requested.
