David C. Epstein graduated from Cornell University (BS 1999) and Case Western Reserve University School of Law (JD 2002, LLM Taxation 2005). From 2002 through 2005, he was a solo practitioner focusing on business litigation and corporate and personal tax issues.
From 2006-2009, David focused his efforts toward politics working as a Campaign Finance Operative for a United States Senate Campaign, the Development Director for a Cuyahoga County political party, and the Cleveland Area Director for a national lobbying organization.
In November 2009, David moved from Cleveland, Ohio,to Phoenix to join the Frutkin Law Firm and return to the practice of law.
In his free time, David enjoys running and hiking, basketball, tennis, and following national and international politics and events.
