David Allen Clark

The Clark Law Firm, PLC is a civil litigation firm serving all of Virginia and the District of Columbia including: Northern Virginia, Fairfax, Woodbridge, and Prince William. Based in Woodbridge, the firm concentrates its practice in the areas of employment law, constitutional and civil rights litigation, tort law, and commercial litigation. The firm’s employment law practice focuses on representing employees and businesses in a variety of employment-related matters and civil litigation.

David Clark has nineteen years of experience handling civil litigation at all levels of Virginia’s federal and state courts and in courts across the country. Most recently, he was Special Counsel at the employment litigation law firm of Charlson Bredehoft Cohen & Brown in Reston. There, he counseled individuals and companies on employment matters such as severance agreements, non-compete agreements and terminations. He also brought and defended lawsuits involving employment disputes.
