Biography
I am an experienced litigator and trial attorney. Throughout my legal career my primary focus has been on the resolution of complicated business and construction related disputes. I represent individuals, contractors, corporate clients and insurers in a wide array of complex litigation and business transactional including contractual disputes, contract negotiation, corporate formality, real estate , mechanics lien action, and matters involving allegations of bad faith. I also have significant experience defending developers, general contractors, design professionals, and subcontractors in complex construction litigation, mold/indoor air quality lawsuits, subrogation, construction materials claims and complex indemnity matters.
I have arbitrated over 50 matters, and have extensive experience mediating complex cases to resolution.
I have received the prestigious AV® Preeminent™ rating by Martindale-Hubbell, and am well-respected by my peers in the legal community for my ability to quickly analyze the complexities of a particular matter, and to make appropriate recommendations in order to quickly, efficiently, and economically resolve an issue.
