David is very professional, knows his job very well and you can completely trust him with all the caveats of NIW application. He knows the laws and procedures related to NIW very well and in detail and he is very good at communicating and answering your questions. I have been very satisfied with his ...service and would highly recommend to anyone seeking a green card through NIW. It is worth mentioning that my case was a pure science case (mathematics PhD background), and it is well known there are challenges specific to people in the areas of pure science (low number of citations, papers, etc). David was in particular very experienced about the special situation for applicants of pure science fields, which is very valuable and rare.

To start with, I was very hesitant to file for an I-140 because I thought I needed to have a Ph.D. to qualify for it. Coupled with the fact that I had spoken to some professionals who advised that I needed a more advanced degree to qualify. David Allen was my attorney for my EB-1 green card application. Right from the time I began working with him I realized that I was extremely lucky to have him prepare my case. Not only is David extremely knowledgeable about the legal procedures but he's also extremely articulate about explaining how ...these matters applied to my case. He answered all my questions patiently and quite thoroughly. He also ensured to allay all my anxieties and apprehensions, at least during the beginning phase of the consultation, by encouraging me to work on my required documents (letters from experts in the field, collecting all the relevant publications, paperwork etc) piecemeal. When the USCIS availability opened up David contacted me and guided me for the next step and set me up with another attorney who helped me for the next steps. This transition was smooth and quite efficient. I have now received my green card and I believe it is in no small part the result of David's hard work! I used David's service for the NIW-EB2 case since some of my friends highly recommended him. So, I expect him to be good, but I was pleasantly surprised by his outstanding service! He is always available and accessible, answers questions (and you will have questions, trust me) thoroughly. While my fr...iends who work with other attorneys complained about their slow response, I do not recall waiting for David's answer to my questions at all! This is quite important during the immigration process which is naturally very stressful. The speed that David and his team prepared my package was quite stunning too!
