Biography
I maintain a national practice concentrated in representing policyholders in the area of insurance coverage and have represented clients ranging from international companies to privately held family businesses involved in coverage disputes. My insurance coverage experience includes representation of policyholders in matters involving bad faith claims, defense obligations, property loss and business interruption claims, coverage under D&O policies, coverage issues arising out of construction litigation, as well as general liability insurance coverage claims. I have also been extensively involved with insurance recovery efforts in the wake of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita and, as a result, was recently appointed to the American Bar Association's Task Force On Disaster Insurance Coverage. I previously worked in the area of commercial litigation as wellas employment litigation, and from 1996 to 1998, I served as a law clerk to the Honorable William J. Nealon in the US District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
