Dante David De Leo

Dante was appointed to me through a non-for-profit organization assisted by a law firm. At the time my wife and I did not have the funds to hire an attorney, yet made just over the amount to be represented by legal aid for a family court proceeding. Dante was fresh out of law school completing his in...ternship hours. I have to be honest I was a little concerned that he was so "new" to the court process and lack of experience. With that said, Dante stuck with me for seven months of family court which was not an easy battle. Due to the mother of my son and I residing in different counties, there were jurisdiction challenges as well as the challenges the mother of my son pulled along the way. Dante started on my case (with guidance of another attorney) in March 2015 becoming a licensed attorney in June 2015 my case was settled and finalized in September 2015. He was able to keep the jurisdiction in my county and settle for a fair visitation order. In the end, I am very pleased with Dante's representation to my case. In addition, many attorneys are hard to reach regardless of cell phones and emails. They do not get back to your right away and when they do the communication is usually treated as a "case" rather than a "person with a case" making the court process confusing and frustrating for people. Dante did not talk to me as a case by case client. He took the time to meet me before court to discuss any concerns and questions I may have had, discussing my options and guiding me. Dante was also very prompt in returning my phone calls and/or emails. I understand that Dante has chosen to represent clients with employment law rather than family law after obtaining his license to practice law however, I would recommend Dante to anyone in need of a legal attorney.
