Daniel Samadi

I am currently represented by Mr. Samadi via Goldberg and Loren. Mr. Samadi only called me after I emailed his entire firm, after months of emailing and calling with lil to no response. He knew nothing of my case after 8 months of being represented by him, after which he agreed to follow up on medica...l records because he hadn't reviewed them. He did mention the medical portion wasn't his side of business but assured me the administrative would be handled by him and his team. He also assured me anytime his assistant was responding, that he's telling her everything to reply. After preemptive emails to get my care approved by the adjuster, nothing was done. I can say fairly confidently since being retained in 10/23 that Mr. Samadi has done little to help me and my case. If they were to bill for the work, I would say it's sufficiently less than an hour. Beyond that, I am not getting the care I need to recover appropriately. Or my referrals take ages to get approved as they just go the standard channels.

Wow, where do I start?!? Daniel is an awesome attorney who I decided to hire for my workman's comp case and he exceeded my expectations with his communication and with the handling of my case! He got exactly what I was looking for as far as the settlement for my case which I was very pleased with. If...
