Was hired to draft up purchasing agreements and provide risk analysis for a U.S. developer purchasing art assets for a nearly completed PC game. The catch was that the assets were to be purchased from ... a mod team in Russia, which may have had questionable ownership of some of their IP. I drafted a purchasing agreement, risk analysis, and several protective documents to enable to client to safely acquire and use the IP in question.
