Daniel Eugene Pierson

Daniel E. Pierson earned his B.A. in English from Vassar College in 2010. He was a four-year member of the Men’s Varsity Swim Team and was selected to the Liberty League All-Academic Team from 2008 through 2010. He then earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2013. During law school, he earned an Equal Justice America Fellowship for legal aid services. Mr. Pierson went on to clerk for The Honorable Linda L. Lawhun on the New Jersey Superior Court from 2013 through 2014.

Mr. Pierson’s initial practice focused on workers’ compensation defense for two large regional firms. During this time, he handled all aspects of workers’ compensation claims from beginning to conclusion. He has litigated claims across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has extensive experience at the trial and appellate level. His years of defense practice provided him insider knowledge on how insurance companies unfairly treat injured workers throughout the claim process.

In 2019, Mr. Pierson joined our firm to serve the injured workers across Pennsylvania. He dedicates his practice exclusively in the area of workers’ compensation to protect the rights of injured workers.
