Daniel Nicholas Mullins

I am originally from New York but spent most of my life in North Carolina. I graduated cum laude from Wake Forest University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Journalism.  After earning my college degree, I spent a year in the Gulf Coast working with AmeriCorps before heading to law school. I attended law school at the University of North Carolina, graduating with Honors in 2014.

I represent employees in state and federal court as well state employees in the Office of Administrative Hearings.  I am a zealous advocate for my clients and will fight for them until the end.  I have spent my entire career representing employees at all stages of litigation against major corporations.  I also review non-competition agreements, separation agreements, and employment contracts.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing soccer and baseball and am avidly involved in the Triangle community theater.
