Daniel Edward Moraniec

I was seriously injured in a vehicle accident and became associated with Dan when my case was accepted at his firm. Dan worked working to assist the principal lawyer, Bryan Waldman. Dan’s job was to collect facts and evidence during the initial settlement phase of the case and later, help organize t...he trial case and prepare witnesses when the case went to trial. He did a fantastic job for me and my family. The settlement phase required collection of an enormous amount of medical evidence, police reports, and general background information used as the groundwork for the case. From my first contact with Dan I felt very comfortable because I sensed he is doing work that really matters to him. We had many phone conversations and Dan was always responsive to any questions or concerns I had. He has a remarkable ability to stay focused, but with a very personal touch. I truly enjoyed our conversations. His very thorough background work gave the principal lawyer the information needed to objectively evaluate the case, a critical part of the process. When the case evolved into a law suit involving the insurer, Dan added still more value collecting information and organizing facts. Dan was given the task to contact and collect statements from potential witnesses. These are people I have known for a long time and everyone (everyone!) remarked to me how great Dan was to work with and how at-ease he made them feel. Everyone involved felt prepared before they were called to the courtroom for testimony. During the trial, Dan was a calming and friendly face. He was there to do his work, but kept everyone at ease because of that personal touch I mentioned earlier. He had a role in questioning the witnesses during the trial and did a good job in that role too. Dan worked with enthusiasm, honesty and integrity. A lot of personal information is involved in a personal injury case and I felt Dan was completely trustworthy. He’s also a very personable man and fun to work with, a real partner. I would be happy to work with Dan in the future.
