Daniel Lee Moore

I paid Daniel Moore 1500.00 to help me get my concealed permit. Should be an easy process by yourself which is what it felt like; by myself. He has done absolutely nothing to help me and In my opinion is a piece of scum for taking people’s hard earned money and doing absolutely nothing to help them. ...Two years after I was turned down for my permit, the fine fella Daniel Moore calls and asks me to do something that is his job so we can get this rolling! My reply, I have already been turned down and all I have are a couple minor offenses nothing of which should disqualify me from protecting my family. All you had to do was your job. Long story shot the guy is a pos!

O would give him zero stars but that is not allowed. This attorney is unresponsive, uses scare tactics and verbal abuse when crossed. When I fired him he insisted on keeping $4500 retainer that I had given him just 24 hours prior and then sent me an additional invoice for $1,800. Mr. Moore violated ...Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1, 1.5, and/or 8.4. I am in the process of filing a complaint against him with the Indiana bar.
