Incompetent

Mr. Laguna proved to be incompetent when he handled by divorce. We parted ways, thankfully, and I was able to achieve a favorable settlement, even though there were many setbacks due to the time I was working with Mr. Laguna. He was very poor with communication, missed important dates, did not share ...information with me relevant to my case, did not provide critical and appropriate guidance, and was unprofessional. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Confidentiality rules and professional decorum preclude me from specifically responding to “Tara’s” feelings. But I regret to hear about any displeasure with my legal services. In private practice, I worked hard to provide effective legal representation to every client. I advocated zealously for my clients and maintained the highest level of professionalism possible providing legal services. My goal with each client was to carefully assess the legal matter and develop an effective case management plan with reasonably attainable goals. Each client has different circumstances and the legal services necessary vary from case to case. Unfortunately, there are circumstances that can arise that prevent effective legal representation. In instances when clients had unreasonable expectations or behaved in such a manner that created a conflict in the attorney-client relationship, termination of the relationship was necessary. When that has occurred, I reimbursed all retainer deposits minus court fees. Combative or clients with confrontational personalities will generally have a bad experience with any lawyer. There are times when there is no viable legal remedy available and client’s direct their dissatisfaction with the law towards their attorneys. This is common in law practice and when outcomes are not in a client’s favor. Civility, professionalism and ethics are not considerations for these clients.

Great attorney!

Daniel is a great person and even better attorney. He helped me through a very contentious custody matter with my ex-girlfriend. I am very satisfied with his guidance and the outcome of my case. He was honest and direct in his approach with me. I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent Family Law Lawyer Daniel Laguna

I hired Daniel Laguna as my lawyer in October 2014 just in time of 1 year left of receiving child support for my twin daughters. After several years I tried with a previous lawyer and also on my own I was not getting the results or no child support at all. Until I hired Mr. Laguna I finally saw resu...lts in my child support case! With all the facts in place he was able to represent me and request the amount that was fair for child support on 2 minors. In which took effect the day we filed. I am forever grateful for everything he has done for me and my family as my daughters were able to enjoy every senior activity in their last year of high school due to the child support increase! My case doesn't end yet as I still have arrears pending and Mr. Laguna continues to represent me in any pending hearings. Anyone looking for a great family law lawyer Daniel Laguna is the one to represent you believe me he is an excellent Lawyer and has exceeded my expectations!

Excellent attorney

Mr. Laguna was very helpful. I hired him on for several cases on different occasions. He was always available if I had any questions or concerns. Best part was how successful he was with the outcome of my cases. Definitely recommend consulting with him for your case.
