In 2011 Daniel tried an Administrative Separation case of a senior Noncommissioned Officer on Active Duty in the Military District of Washington. After hearing almost fifteen witness and the testimony ... of his client the hearing officers dismissed the case saving this soldier's career. Daniel was able to use facebook posts of the governments witnesses to discredit their testimony which served to persuade the panel to find in his client's favor.
