When I first met with Dan, he told me "I'm not one of those attorneys that gouges clients." And he's not. He helped me resolve a misunderstanding with former business partners, related to negligence of the company's incorporating attorney (who did gouge and misrepresented his service). Dan will tell ...you when he doesn't know something. He'll hang up, research it, consults with colleagues & peers, and get back to you with an answer. Quick. When he was in foreign territory on one issue, he even brought in a senior attorney in that particular specialty. He was sharp on his feet during our mediation, always professional. He picked up the phone when I called, responded to all e-mails (most instantly), and always passed information as he learned it. I will continue to work with Dan for all future matters.
