Filing Bankruptcy

I had no idea how stressful filing for bankruptcy could be and finding an attorney to handle that filing was critical for me to feel comfortable and confident with the whole process. I had no referral, but had discussed my case by phone with a couple of law firms specializing in bankruptcy. I wa...sn't comfortable with any of these discussions and spoke briefly with Damian before scheduling a face-to-face meeting. It turns out that this was fortunate for me, I stumbled on to Damian and his firm and am very thankful that I did. First, I am 100% satisified with the service Damian and his administrative staff provided me. Through all phases of the filing Damian throughly expained the pro's and con's of filing either a CH.7 or CH.13. There is so much involved in the process and my stress level was at an all time high - through the roof. In-hind sight, I don't think I could have ever found an attorney that helped me to fully understand the process from start to finish. More importantly, Damian handled my case with compassion and an understanding of my emotions. Damian was considerate of my situation, never judgemental and always committed to doing was was best for me. I felt assured that the outcome was going to help me to get back on my feet and to move forward without regrets. I wasn't disappointed. After my bankruptcy was discharged, I asked Damian if I could help him in any way. I Volunteered to provide a referrence for him and am glad I have been given that opportunity. I am more than happy to give a strong recommendation for Damian. The knowledge, professionalism, patience and compassion he gave me, helped me through a very tough time in my life. On a scale of one to ten - Damian hits it out of the park. He changed my opinion of what I thought most attorneys we're like. There was no LAWYER ego and I never felt like I was bothering Damian anytime I called him. He was always happy to answer my questions and was very responsive in returning my calls when he wasn't available. If you have looked at the services of another bankruptcy attorney and your reading this - look no further. I'm confident you'll be totaly satisified with the expertise and understanding Damian will provide to you. Although I wish to remain anonymous on this site, I would be more than happy to speak with you directly if you ask Damian to pass along your number for me to call.
