We dispute this review, it contains false information and this person erroneously claims to have hired us. Channa Moras (anonymous reviewer) never hired us, we declined to rep. She consulted with us and at the end of the consult, she was told we could not help her. She was given general info and some provider recommendations at her consult. At a later date, we reviewed additional records at no charge to her. After the records review, we again indicated to Ms. Moras that we could not help her. It is a false assertion to say that we would sign her up when the SSI hearing paperwork arrived, we did not say that. The medical release that was signed at a later date by Channa Moras simply gave us permission to review medical documents. This was NOT paperwork indicating we were her rep. Another attorney could certainly have a different opinion of her case. There was nothing stopping Channa Moras from consulting with someone else to seek representation. Our intention is always about trying to help people even if we do not represent the person. Avvo, please remove the tag that indicates this person hired our office. This is false and you need to remove this tag. **Update** Avvo refuses to remove tag that says this person hired us. They said they allow people to say whatever they want and they do not ask for proof. Thanks, Avvo! Don't ever ask us if we would like to advertise with you. The answer will always be a huge NO.
