In my initial review, I carefully laid out 23 complaints about attorney Preiser. It's noteworthy that he didn't dispute a single one. In his response, Attorney Preiser said, "...he filed for fee arbitration with the State Bar. Again, his allegations were found to be unjustified." Unjustified? The...n why did the State Bar order attorney Preiser to return $291.15 as a result of fee arbitration? He also said, "I provided the services that were listed in the representation agreement and stand by my work." Provided services? Attorney Preiser didn't do anything but come up with creative ways to deplete the retainer including BILLING ME FOR HIS RESIGNATION LETTER. Stand by his work? He stands by his work alright because his work is what's known as "busy work". My case didn't move forward one inch. All Preiser did was take my money and set my case back 3 months.
