You can go tot he court during walk-in hours and ask for a new court date and for the warrant to be quashed. A letter probably won't do.

They are probably either playing with you or trying to scam you. If the police call, got o your parents and let them guide you.

Yes. Forfeiture actions have hard deadlines and if you ignore them you will default and the property will go to the state.

There are no "days for dollars" in Arizona. If he got a fine, he has to pay it or get the Judge to allow community service hours.
