Cynthia Ann Hogan

I had Cynthia a while back, she was my first attorney. She scared me into believing I needed her! She charged me my retainer ($1500) and within the first 30 days I had received a bill that all my retainer was gone and I OWED ALREADY. She filed a modification. Her billing statement was awful and made ...no sense at all. She also told me from the beginning I could make monthly payments after the initial retainer! This was a lie, the minute I could not pay her balance off in full she withdrew, forcing me into court on my own! Worst first experience hands down! I have had other bad attorneys besides her, but I have met some great ones.
