Hired this lawyer to fight for custody of my son. He told me that because I am the father and the court favors the moms, my best chances would be to fight for weekends and holidays and go back to fight for more custody later. I wanted to fight for full then and there, but I figured he knew what he wa...s doing and took his advise. The mom agreed to it in mediation. Now she won't let me see my son except for my "assigned days" and I'm wanting to go back and fight for full custody now, and he tells me that because I already have a legal agreement with her, getting more custody of my son is a long shot. Because I took his advise, I am losing valuable time and my relationship with my son, and may not be able to change it. I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone fighting to be able to have a relationship with their child, because he may have caused me to lose that.
