Stay away from this thief
Charged an excessive amount, showed up to the hearing unprepared, didn’t even know what the hearing was for, then said well I don’t know! The judge said I would have been better off by myself than to have hired her. When I bring up my concerns after the hearing and requested a partial refund of the 6...

We are sorry you are not happy with your representation. It is understandable you are upset that we did not refund your trial fee because legal representation is expensive and you probably believe you paid money for the actual results. But attorneys cannot, and do not charge for results. We charge for time, preparation, and the responsibility of taking up your case. A trial requires many, many months of preparation. We must gather evidence by various means, study it, and plan on how it will be used at trial in an effort to achieve your goals. It is a huge and costly job. Whether the trial was conducted or not - we must block out weeks of time for preparation and court hearings. That time is lost because we must exclude activities for any other clients. Sometimes we turn down other clients because we do not want to become overloaded. We take on a huge responsibility for accepting a trial. Frequently a case settles before trial and it is canceled. One thing people do not realize is that cases only settle because the other side sees thorough trial preparation and suddenly becomes less confident of an overwhelming victory at trial. We did our best to respect your money. But when an event causes us to spend hundreds of hours of prep, requires that we block out weeks of time, and then cancels for the very last 8-16 hours of court time, there is no money left to refund. With that said we apologize for disturbing you and wish you well.
