Mr. Spence handled my deceased aunt's will. He wasn't exactly timely, but that's not my complaint. He helped her husband make a claim on the property she left me and my siblings. He wrote her will!! Yet he turns around and represents somebody making a claim against her estate. What kind of attor...ney would do that? In addition to this he put the property in our names without clearing up the title, leaving that expense to us, her beneficiaries. I can only presume he was trying to save his client (the executor) money on this. I feel bamboozled and if you don't want the beneficiaries of your estate to feel the same, go to somebody else for your probate needs.

As very young lady I found my self in a desperate situation. i went toMr. Spence with very little money and a big problem. Not being from San antonio I was a alone and scared. He gave me my freedom and in return only requested that I pay him what I could aford. I just moved into town again and tu...rned my life around through education as he encourage me to do.
