Craig and his team went above and beyond for me during a very tumultuous time in my life. Craig was great ! Going through a divorce was the most horrible thing to go through in my opinion, but having a lawyer like Craig helped out tremendously. He was very professional and knowledgeable in family law, and explains everything clearly to his clients about the whole sitauon, good or bad. I started out with a law firm (I will leave them nameless) and they just kept charging me and I was seeing no progress and no result. I went in to meet with Craig and he gave me a game plan, my case is in no way an easy case due to the other parent but Craig and his team has been there every step of ...the way to ensure I was able to get joint custody and remain in my sons life. Lets start off by saying "standing ovation".... I was living in North Carolina with the plans of moving back to Florida (Tampa area), when I first contacted Mr. Boudreau. Being that I was already in the custody case, I explained what was going on, he came up with a very reasonable price to take on t...he case. His staff work hard to get caught up with the case at a very fast pace, and was knowledgeable as well. We didn't communicate regularly, but when I had question someone was always available. They kept me up to date on the finding, motions, documents and the process. I must say at Trial I was so worried, Mr. Boudreau informed me to relax and he has it all taken care of. I was amazed by how much passion he had for the case. I was being attacked by the opposing side and he used it to our benefit. Every time the opposing Attorney tired to cross-examine me, he keep calling objection and getting them sustain by the judge (meaning he knows actually what can and can't be used as evidence/asked in the court room). He impressed me by how educated and sharp he is with the law, by stating the whole statue /section of the law book, when there was confusion by the other parties. He knows when to attack a topic or when to just let them bury themselves. At the closing statement I was blown away with how he much feels and emotions he used to defend my name and my stance as a person. We won the case due to the efforts he used to show the court I am the most suitable parent.
