Colleen Marie Metroka

I have a serious heart condition, ever-worsening arthritis of the spine and hips, and clinical-level anxiety. I became unemployed two years ago but soon afterward my health deteriorated to the point of making me unemployable. I accumulated bills that were more than double my yearly fixed income and ...was being sued in court by one of my creditors. At that point I knew that bankruptcy was my only option. Since I live in a rural area with no public transportation I could not survive if my car would be taken to fulfill part of the debt.
