I am a civil trial and appellate attorney. I started with madia Law in 2015 after finishing a one-year clerkship with the Honorable John R. Rodenberg of the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Background
Before law school, I held many jobs, from being a server at Perkins to working for Senator Al Franken. I attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law via Hamline University School of Law and graduated Magna Cum Laude. In the summer after my first year of law school I worked in-house at UnitedHealth Group. In the summer after my second year of law school, I worked for Foley & Mansfield, a mid-sized litigation firm in Minneapolis.
After graduating, I spent a year clerking at the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
Experience
Since joining Madia Law, I have represented clients in race, age, sex, and disability discrimination cases. I have also represented clients whose civil rights have been violated by police officers. Additionally, I have represented clients in business matters including breach of fiduciary duty, intellectual property, and tortious interference with contract cases.

Very Knowledgeable Lawyer
Cody was incredible. She helped me double my severance and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I don't believe I would've been able to negotiate as well if she had not helped me. Thank you, Cody!
