Business Acquisition with complex contingencies and contract assumptions.

As a demanding business owner in multiple states, I have only met two attorneys in 20 years that impress me. Jason is one of those lawyers that absorbs his client's goals and lays out the path (or various options), for success. I appreciated the fact that Jason was respectful, professional, and di...rect when it comes to discussing the status of a case. I don't sugar coat things and do like a person who will deal with the facts and represent clients aggressively. If you want an ethical, straight shooter to represent you and avoid a wild goose chase, then look no further. Jason exudes confidence and I believe that I received strong representation from start to finish in our business dealings.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
