Clyde Stuart Dunton-Gallagher

Attorney Clyde Dunton-Gallagher has a decade of experience litigating complex and high stakes civil lawsuits throughout Florida.

Now, he focuses on recovering for injured clients and meeting clients' yacht- and boat-related legal needs. Clyde also provides guidance and representation in a variety of other legal and business matters.

Before going solo, Clyde practiced at two small, boutique firms that focus on maritime and marine matters and then, most recently, at an AM200 firm, where Clyde was the senior supervising attorney in the firm's Brickell office.

Clyde has experience handling disputes over insurance coverage, cargo and shipping, injuries, employment, Seafarer’s benefits, recreational marine accidents, premises liability and security, product and manufacturing defects, warranties, trucking and railway accidents, agency and municipal enforcement, port and marina operations, architect design services, construction and building, professional liability, warehousing, real estate, commercial/business disputes, and more.

In addition, Clyde has taught 30+ university courses in philosophy, the social sciences, and humanities. He still teaches on an adjunct basis as his schedule allows.
