Cloie Morgan Chapman

Cloie Chapman is a compassionate family law attorney. Her passion for addressing social issues and extensive experience working with non-profit organizations such as Planned Parenthood, Disability Rights Washington and ACLU of Washington, translated well to her work as an attorney when she started her own firm. She further honed her research skills while clerking for Washington State Supreme Court Justice Mary I. Yu and later working as a staff attorney at the Commissioner’s Office.

Her experience has deepened her empathy and led her to a greater understanding of systemic issues such as race, gender and healthy relationship building. She desires to be a strong advocate for her family law clients during difficult and stressful situations.

Cloie grew up in Issaquah and has lived throughout Western Washington. She now resides in Lynnwood with her husband and three cats.
