Born and raised in Southern West Virginia, Clayton G. Anderson started his decade-long career defending his community as an assistant prosecutor for crimes involving homicide, robbery, sexual assault, and domestic violence in Nicholas and Kanawha County. Mr. Anderson now devotes his time to serious personal injury matters, primarily concentrating on motor vehicle negligence cases.
In 1992, Clay earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida. He also received a Master's degree in Public Policy and Government at UCF before earning his Law degree from Regent University. During his time at the Regent University School of Law, he served as a member of the Client Counseling and Dispute Resolution Board.
