What impressed me the most about Mr. Nolen was his frankness when discussing my options with me. He did not make any empty promises. In the past, I have encountered lawyers who were more like car salesmen - making promises they could not deliver on. Mr. Nolen is extremely smart; I can tell he know...s the law very, very well. Mr. Nolen is very professional in speaking with you. My experience was he did not follow up on any information that was presented to him, also he was paid a substanial amount of money and NEVER gained any results. After Mr. Nolen was released, he then gave his hourly fees, never disclosing that infor...mation to me when he was retained.
