Something must have happened
I can't recommend Mr. Kirkwood after reading the other reviews. But 13 years ago he did my closing where the buyer tried to walk away. He skillfully made him purchase my house when the buyer was at the closing making all sorts of claims that might negate the sale. I don't know what happened here as h...
