DeRose took my personal injury product liability case. He agreed to an 8 hour deposition while I was in a wheelchair wearing a diaper. He lied repeatedly to the judge, he needed to move to Washington, so he went behind closed doors, spoke with the judge, had an emergency gathering of attorneys, that ...I could not get there, and had the case dropped by testifying that I would not communicate with him, I only have non stop emails from him, with constant lies that he could not communicate with me. I had not seen him in months.home in a wheelchair. He made a deal that I did not agree with and took the cash and moved, taking 6 months to give me a dime The court fined me 80 thousand, I had to hire an attorney to fight the costs. He is deceptive!! Not trustworthy and costs you everything. I think their is something pathological about him.
