When I realized that I was sitting on the potential case I have against my landlord/property manager, I went the only route that I saw as an option. Call LegalSheild(formerly PrePaid Legal) because that is all I can afford. Well after exhausting that route, which was beneficial don't get me wrong, it... was time to file my small claims court paperwork. So then I called the courthouse multiple times, only to get half answers to my simple questions. SO frustrating. Like a beacon of white light, Christopher popped into my head. WIthout Chris, I would have undoubtedly still been victimized by my own stubborn independence, continuing to make mistakes because of my incorrect analysis and interpretation of court forms, and proper protocol. I cant say enough about his professionalism, courtesy, tact, and generosity....we were on the phone for almost 50 min, when I only paid for a (discounted)30 minutes...

As a business owner, one thing we have to accept is the potential for frivolous and false claims made against our businesses. This was one of those situations.
